Due to the nature of digital products, once a Shopify theme has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we do not offer refunds — except in rare cases where the product is completely unusable.

If a theme you’ve downloaded is not functioning at all, we kindly ask for your patience as we attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide a fix or replacement, a full refund will be issued.
